The Autumn/Winter campaign is launching today and it is ‘the most cinematic shoot to date’.
AUTUMN/WINTER 2012 AD CAMPAIGN is the powerful way of celebrating the Britishness and showing the Burberry heritage. The campaign was shooting at London’ s iconic Royal Naval College in Greenwich and featuring new talents an actress Gabriella Wilde and musician Roo Panes. All credits of the campaign are going to Mario Testino and of course, the creative director of Burberry Christopher Bailey. Below you can see the photos behind the scene.
There is one very exciting way about this campaign, Christopher Bailey stated: “We wanted to play with everything that’s at the heart of the Burberry world – celebrating our brand and London through imagery, film, music, weather and our iconic outerwear, all in a very poetic and British way. Using London as the backdrop, we shot the series of cinematic, emotive black and white images and short films with the incredibly talented Gabriella Wilde and Roo Panes, who effortlessly bring the campaign and our collections to life across all of our platforms.” Christopher Bailey, Burberry Chief Creative Officer.
As a result for you, the digital innovation will bring you a new experience and you will be able to purchase the pieces through short films, music and imagery, that will be launching every month. And if you are potentially fun of Roo Panes, you can listen the exclusive record for Bruberry called “Indigo Home” and will be released as a official soundtrack of the campaign, you can downloaded on iTunes from today on.
